Acceptance of Terms
By requesting an estimate, booking a consultation, or engaging the services of Lethbridge Painting ("the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Estimates and Contracts
All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A signed contract and, where required, a deposit are necessary to secure a project start date.
The final contract price is based on the specifications in the written estimate. Any changes requested by the Client may result in a change order and an adjustment to the price and timeline.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide clear access to all work areas.
Remove or secure fragile personal belongings from work areas.
Relocate furniture as agreed upon prior to the start date.
Ensure that pets and children are kept from work areas for their safety.
Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to schedule work and order materials.
Progress payments may be due at defined project milestones.
The final balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the project.

Late payments may be subject to an interest charge of 2% per month.
Scheduling and Delays

Warranties and Limitations

Colour Selection and Finish
The Client is solely responsible for final colour and sheen selections.
The Company is not responsible for colour matches to existing paints or for dissatisfaction with a chosen colour once applied.
We recommend testing sample colours on the actual surface before finalizing.
Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel a signed contract within 48 hours for a full deposit refund.
Cancellations after 48 hours may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover administrative costs and reserved scheduling.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta.
